Governing documents
These two are the recorded covenants for Brownstone Village at Levis Commons, filed with the Wood County Recorder. They are public record, so no passphrase is needed. Owners, buyers, realtors and title companies are all welcome to them.
The Declaration
Declaration of Covenants, Easements, Restrictions and Assessment Lien, February 2006. This is the governing document, even though the Drive file is named "Bylaws."
The 2023 Amendment
Recorded May 16, 2023. Sets the one-year minimum lease term, the $100 per day leasing violation assessment, and removes mandatory arbitration.
